Work authorization confirms you are legally allowed to do the work. You provide your residence (country, region, city, postal code), your date of birth, your working location if different, your legal name, and a digital signature, plus confirmations that you are authorized.
The date of birth field formats itself as you type (DD/MM/YYYY). Once completed, it is saved and reused, so you will not fill it in again for future roles.
