The last application step is a short, live interview with our AI interviewer, by video and voice. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes. The AI asks a few focused questions about the domain you know best; you answer out loud, like a real conversation. A human reviews the result, the AI never rejects you. Once completed, the interview is reused for other roles.
