The unpaid test before paid hours
Every task starts with a short qualification test on the customer's real data. This test is unpaid and you can retake it. The business decides who joins.
After the test there is a calibration round. That round is unpaid too, so everyone starts aligned on what good work looks like.
Once you are in and doing real work, every hour is paid. The unpaid parts are the test and calibration, not the work itself.
How and when you get paid
Payouts are in euros through Stripe, after each payout period. You receive an invoice for the work you did.
